I'm running out, my air supply is betraying me, even my calendar's screwing with my mind. It's NEXT week that I meet the next fork in the road, not this week. My bad.
Facing life and death issues are so much more fun from a casual, disaffected distance. Trust me, I know. But to talk is to breathe, and it's the best I can do right now. I'll try for worse, though, at least it's a goal.
It's funny the people you meet along this road...doctors who must keep so much hidden, all in the name of preserving patient hope. The fall from grace is a beauty, wouldn't recommend it, but boy, can God throw.
