Shouldn't have really put the exclamation point there, only half-feelin it, but I'm of the hopeful variety watching the signs that have already defined my day. Woke up early with a peaceful heart and a mission for math. Lessons all set for the rest of the week, with room in my brain to begin with biology. Metabolism's confusing me, and led me here, $100/yr, I think I can swing that. All in the name of education, baby!
Now THAT exclamation point belonged there. At noon I take the kids to camp, and get stuck at the park while the littlest ones play. Then, either a relaxing afternoon at home, cleaning and getting organized for my ever-fascinating life. Or, random meandering about town, grabbing ice cream and lattes and counting my blessings out. That's seriously what I do, I count blessings, so? One, two.
That's all I have today, though each is its own subgroup. One includes my children, my health, my ambition, my internal compass even when it's sometimes wrong, and my future. Two requires a little more work, as it has good things in it and bad, and it's up to me to embrace it all, what choice do I have? Can't keep pissing everyone in my own family off, making liberty more important than honesty and love.
Don't get me wrong, liberty feels GOOD and I'm not giving it up, not even after three weeks straight of fighting. Someone has to come around eventually and love me for who I am, and trust the path I'm choosing for my own growth, for my own health. It will all work out in the end, won't it?
Well, toss that in number two also, because I just don't know. Driving helps though, and so does remembering. Guess my plans are official, after noon I'm meandering. Awaiting the next fight within, and without.
